國立中興大學國際農業中心與社團法人台灣蘭花產銷發展協會成立蘭花法律諮詢平台(NCHC/IAC & TOGA Orchid Helpdesk)！
社團法人台灣蘭花產銷發展協會(TOGA)很榮幸宣布與國立中興大學國際農業中心合作，為協會的會員提供免費的協助，針對國際交易法律性的疑慮及市場業務問題。
國際上關於種植及外銷蘭花種子或其植株的相關法律細則及商業規範通常複雜而難以理解，多如牛毛的內容也可能暗藏陷阱。你志在外銷，但您知道如何保護您的產品嗎？是透過作物相關的權益申訴管道還是倚仗專利的保護，抑或是僅靠張白紙黑字的契約維繫？您與買家達成了口頭上的交易共識，但當一切準備就緒，您會擔心這些事前協議是否足以建立兩方實質合法的契約關係？您的產品歷經波折到達目的地，買家卻抱怨產品品質不佳，這時您又該如何應對？最後，您要如何確保如期收到款項？
NCHC/IAC蘭花服務處提供關於您對於國際法律的疑慮和市場交易問題的合適解決之法，讓您從現在開始，不必擔心面對這些問題時會顯得手足無措，同時提供您如何及去何處進行後續的相關資訊，服務過程中會幫助您釐清您的問題是否有需要進一步的專業法律諮詢，以上所述部分的諮詢是完全免費，然而，蘭花服務處主要進行第一線問題的分流，並非是免費的律師諮商服務。

NCHU / IAC and TOGA establish a legal Helpdesk for TOGA Members!
TOGA (Taiwan Orchid Growers Association) is proud to announce that we have entered into a cooperation with National Chung Hsing University / International Agriculture Center, in Taichung, to provide free international legal and business guidance to our members. The international legal and business rules and practices in our business of growing and exporting orchid seedlings and / or flowers, can be very complicated and full of pitfalls.
You want to export, but how do you protect your product? Is it through plant rights or patents, or just good contracting? The buyer agrees with you at the fair to buy so much of your product, but now you are ready to ship, you wonder if that is enough for a real contract? You have delivered your product, but the buyer complains about the quality of the goods, so what do you do? How do you receive your money?
From now on, you can ask NCHU/IAC Orchid Helpdesk about these things. They can find answers to your international legal and business affairs questions and give you guidance on how and where to enter the legal system. Their service of answering your questions, is free of charge. Please keep in mind. However, that they are first line helpdesk only and do not provide free lawyer service. They will let you know if your question requires further legal service which is not included.
